Creierul uman are trei straturi de neuroni cu o grosime aproximativa de 3 mm, numit cortex. Acesta mai cuprinde in cele sase straturi ale sale circa 16 miliarde de neuroni, sustinuti de alte sute de miliarde de celule mai mici care reprezinta nevroglia. Conexiunile (sinapsele) strabatute de impulsuri nervoase se desfasoara pe 2500 cm patrati din creier. Toate capilarele care asigura cortexului necesarul de oxigen si glucoza, daca ar fi puse cap, la cap, in linie dreapta, ar rezulta o lungime de 1200 de km, iar lungimea fibrelor nervoase din sistemul nervos central, aliniate, ar fi de cinci milioane de kilometri. Format din encefal (creierul mare) si cerebel (creierul mic), creierul coordoneaza absolut toate impulsurile din universul vizibil concret (actiuni, gesturi), abstract (ganduri) , dar si din dimensiunea invizibila (vise). Encefalul este format din doua emisfere unite prin organul numit corpus calosum. Emisfera dreapta se ocupa de toate capabilitatile creative si imaginative, in timp ce partea stanga coordoneaza activitatiile concrete, matematice, organizate. Activitatiile cerebrale se impart in sapte frecvente de vibratie, toate avand functii precise in activitatiile concrete sau abstracte ale individului.
&lt;strong&gt;1.Delta&lt;/strong&gt; (0,5-4 Hz) - energia folosita de catre cortex este foarte mica, sub pragul de 0,5 herti, conventia universal valabila in domeniul medical, declara creierul mort. Undele cerebrale descriu „trairile" creierului in timpl somnului profund, „fara vise". De regula copilul pana la doi ani are acest tip de odihna neuronala. Nu exista reprezentari mentale, imagologice si nu este posibila constientizarea dimensiunilor fizice. Exista tehnici de meditatie care aduc subiectul la o frecventa cerebrala redusa, atunci cand dispar toate gandurile, dispare persoana, iar fiinta se uneste cu Intregul. Pe acest palier de unde se produce regenerarea corpurilor aflate in coma, sau in starea de anestezie totala.
&lt;strong&gt;2.Theta&lt;/strong&gt; (4-8 Hz)- energia folosita este superioara frecventelor din starea delta, apar imagini, dar inca nu apara constientizarea formelor materiale. Creierul emite in aceasta limita de herti atunci cand se afla in somnul cu vise, in starea de hipnoza, sau in cadrul tehnicilor de calatorie mentala coordonate. Aici se potenteaza tehnicile rapide de invatae si asimilare de informatii, autosugestie, auto-vindecare si capacitatea de a comunica cu entitati din invizibil. Starile shamanice se desfasoara perfect intre 5-7 Hz. Drogurile puternice, plantele halucinogene si cele sacre ajuta creierul sa se comute in aceasta frecventa de vibratie sporind capacitatile creative.
&lt;strong&gt;3.Alfa&lt;/strong&gt; (8-12 Hz) - energie ridicata. Subiectul este constient de starea sa fizica. Starea este indusa de o profunda relaxare. Tehnicile de meditatie activa folosesc aceasta paleta de frecvente. Se poate realiza focusarea atentiei atat asupra lumii exterioare, cat si cele interioare.(vizualizarea unor probleme si imaginarea rezolvarii lor, sau concentrarea asupra unui organ si vindecarea lui prin incarcarea cu energie, lumina etc.) Studiile arata ca acesta comutare in starea alfa elimina stresul, accelereaza invatarea rapida si conduce persoana la intalnirea cu fiinta, sau altfel spus ajuta sinele sa domine egoul. Alfa este numita si starea subconstientului activ, filtru de „cenzura" al pulsiunilor din inconstient si conventiile generate de cutumele din starea de constienta.
&lt;strong&gt;4.Beta&lt;/strong&gt; (12-16 Hz)- energie consumata in cantitati foare mari. Este starea in care toate simturile se afla in alerta.Este specifica starii de veghe, iar stimulii externi sunt perceputi foarte concret (foame, placere, durere, etc). Individul isi ordoneaza si configureaza universul exterior, concret, vizibil, material. Toate instinctele umane sunt potentate si ele preiau controlul in caz de pericol, anxietate sau stres profund. Frecventa prin care se comunica usor cu celelete fiinte aflate in starea de trezie.
&lt;strong&gt;5.Beta&lt;/strong&gt; inalte (16-32 Hz)- consum energetic urias. Stare cerebrala a individului supus starilor cele mai tensionate (razboi, calamitate, etc). De regula creierul se muta pe aceasta frecventa in situatia intalnirii cu moartea sau suferinta. 6.Complexul K (33-35 Hz) Starea iluminarii bruste de tipul „evrika". De regula se intalneste aceasta stare la epilepticii in criza, insa si in cazul celor care au viziuni, premonitii, sau stari de constiinta extinsa ( clarauditie, intuitie inalta si in general cele care tin de cazuistica paranormala).
&lt;strong&gt;7.Beta&lt;/strong&gt; suprainalte ( 35-150Hz). Stare nemasurata clesicm intrucat, de regula aparatura folosita se opreste la limita de 35 herti. Energia folosita este imensa („atomica"). Dedublari, decorpolarizari, ascensionarea spontana a energiei de tip Kundalini. Trairi spirituale extrem de inalte, revelatii bruste etc. Dintre procedeele de modificare ale starilor de constiinta de la Beta la Alfa, Theta sau chiar la Delta se detaseaza patru activitati principale:
&lt;strong&gt;Modificarea ritmului respirator&lt;/strong&gt;. Tehnicile de meditatie se impart in individuale si asistate. Comutarea de la b la a se poate realiza individual prin focusarea asupra respiratiei si a activitatilor emisferelor cerebrale. Cu ajutorul stimurilor olfactivi si auditivi intrarea se face usor, fiind necesare cateva secunde.
&lt;strong&gt;Modificarea starii mentale sau emotionale&lt;/strong&gt;. Se concentraza atentia asupra unei stari emotionale de tip negativ, spre exemplu frica si prin programare neurolingvistica se alchimizeaza intr-una de tip pozitiv ca bucuria.
&lt;strong&gt;Modificarea starii constiente cu ajutorul stimurilor fizici exteriori.&lt;/strong&gt; Se stimuleaza scoarta cerebrala folosind curenti electrici de intensitate foarte mica si electrozi extrem de fini, sau stimulari ale emisferelor cerebrale prin procedee magnetice. Poate cea mai utilizata tehnica este folosirea stimularii simturilor. 95% din informatii sunt preluate de catre cortex pe cale vizuala, aproape 3% pe cale auditiva, iar restul olfactiva.
&lt;strong&gt;Modificarea pozitiei corpului prin tensionare musculara&lt;/strong&gt;. Realizez ca, in fiecare zi, in urma acestor trairi, devin din ce in ce mai "rezonabil" si mai abil in a exista dar in acelasi timp,  las in urma lucruri nespuse, reziduri care se depoziteaza grijuliu unul peste altul si ajung in cele din urma sa  afecteze universul  personal. Acest lucru nu il pot impiedica decat constientizand ca singurul mod in care poti elibera sufletul este impacarea cu lumea, cu tine insuti, spunand tuturor ceea ce esti, spunand lucrurilor pe nume..... Asta este Blogul meu ! Un loc in care nu exista lucruri nespuse, un spatiul de curatire a ceea ce sunt. Imi propun sa elimin "reziduu", si imi propun sa pun in loc in spatiul lasat liber, Inaltare Spitituala si Putere.
